Floating therapy
Weightlessness in a warm salt solution: deep release for muscles and the nervous system.

Floating means lying in a shallow bath filled with a dense Epsom salt solution that keeps the body on the surface effortlessly. The usual load on the spine and joints disappears, the muscles stop holding posture — and gradually let go of tension they have carried for weeks.
Physical release comes together with a drop in outside stimulation: dimmed light, quiet, and water kept close to body temperature. That combination is why the session appeals to people under heavy stress or struggling with sleep.

The session is not performed with open wounds or damaged skin, acute infections, epilepsy, or severe cardiovascular disease. The final decision rests with the center’s doctor after an examination.
