The cleansing sequence

How the course is built

Each step prepares the next one. That is exactly why the cleansing is done in a clinic, not at home.

  1. Examination

Before treatment begins: ultrasound, ECG, complete and biochemical blood tests, urine analysis. The doctor reads the results, identifies your individual profile and prescribes the course.

  2. Unloading diet therapy

A protein-free and salt-free diet: it unloads the liver, activates its excretory and detoxifying function and increases diuresis. Drinking plenty of still water and herbal teas is part of the protocol.

  3. Enteral procedures

Two to four procedures a day, based on medicinal herbs and seaweed. The goal is to clear the intestines as fully as possible and prepare the biliary system for natural cleansing.

  4. Biliary tubage

Magnesium sulphate, herbs and apple juice, followed by oil-and-acid enterosorption: olive oil with freshly squeezed lemon juice. The hepatic ducts contract and the bile is replaced.

  5. Recovery

Therapeutic back massage — collar and lumbosacral zones — plus the swimming pool, therapeutic exercise, water and other procedures.

Two stages

What is cleansed at each stage

Stage I

Digestive tract, liver, kidneys

Metabolic processes are normalised in the most heavily burdened organs and systems: the digestive tract, the liver and the intrahepatic bile ducts. The urinary system — the kidneys — is drawn into the cleansing as well.

Stage II

Lymph, blood, vessels

The cleansing of the digestive tract, liver and the entire urinary system is completed. Fat and cholesterol metabolism is normalised, the walls of blood and lymphatic vessels continue to clear of atherosclerotic deposits, the immune system is stimulated and the kidneys are cleansed as fully as possible.

Meals

Not fasting, but medical nutrition

Four meals a day as part of the course. A protein-free, salt-free diet eases the load on the liver and increases diuresis — yet the plate stays full.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

How long does the cleansing course take?

Five days as an inpatient, under round-the-clock medical supervision. Both stages — cleansing the liver, gallbladder, intestines and kidneys, then the lymph, blood and vessels — fit into that time.

What tests do I need before the course?

Before the programme begins, guests are examined at the center: ultrasound, ECG, complete and biochemical blood tests, urine analysis. All of it is already included in the price of the stay.

Who should not take the course?

Absolute contraindications are acute surgical and infectious diseases, progressive cancer, and chronic diseases with a high degree of activity or in decompensation. Relative contraindications are strictly individual and are determined by the center’s doctor.

Can I do this cleansing at home?

No. Tubage is a sequence of procedures that prepare one another, and each has its own contraindications. At the center the cleansing follows a medical examination and runs under round-the-clock supervision.

How often can the course be repeated?

Patients who look after their health usually repeat the course every 10–16 months, depending on their individual profile, lifestyle and diet.

What is included in the price?

Accommodation, meals, abdominal ultrasound, ECG, complete and biochemical blood tests, urine analysis, four sessions of back and collar zone massage, the swimming pool, water and other procedures.
