Vichy shower
Warm rain from a row of nozzles over the whole body — gentle release and better skin tone.
During a Vichy shower you lie on a special couch while a row of nozzles above you releases warm water as a soft rain. The water reaches the whole body at once, and that is a sensation an ordinary shower cannot produce.
The treatment is often combined with a scrub or a wrap: warm water prepares the skin and then gently rinses the product away. On its own, the Vichy shower works mainly as deep relaxation.

How is it different from a normal shower?
Water falls from several nozzles along the full length of your body while you simply lie still. Temperature and pressure are set individually, and the treatment can be combined with massage.
How many sessions do I need?
As a relaxation treatment, the Vichy shower works from the very first session. For skin tone a course is usually recommended — the center’s specialist will suggest the right number.
Who should avoid it?
Acute inflammatory conditions, fever, severe cardiovascular disease, and damaged skin in the treated area. The final decision rests with the center’s doctor.
